Research on the lasting effects of exclusion, childhood experiences, and social dynamics on the lives and relationships of adults. We explore how bullying impacts members of the LGBTQ* community and those who do not conform to traditional gender norms. We engage with fragmented identities—one rooted in shame, the other in exaggeration and glorification—while depicting both the complexity and strength of queer identity.
